Recently, the OPEN team visited their long-term client, SIKOKU KAKEN (Shanghai) Co., LTD., which they have been cooperating with for twenty years, for a follow-up visit. The follow-up visit team was fortunate to be received by the factory director, Mr. Wu. When talking about the current state of the factory building, which has been in operation for over twenty years, Mr. Wu was full of praise: "Our earliest phase of the factory building was completed in 2002. Currently, the exterior walls of the factory building still look good without any rust, which fully demonstrates the high quality of the materials selected by OPEN. The appearance remains as good as new over time." In terms of later maintenance, OPEN can also solve various problems in a very timely manner.

When it comes to design, Mr. Wu said, "What impressed me was that after the design institute completed the steel structure design, the design team of OPEN put forward further optimization suggestions." Under the premise of ensuring all technical specification indicators, material costs have been saved, which has saved us a lot of expenses.

Keep Improving for the Future



Mr. Wu also pointed out to the visiting team common problems in the construction industry such as roof leakage of steel structure buildings and that prefabricated buildings are the future development trend. "This is precisely the direction that OPEN is continuously researching and optimizing," Mr. Wu said. "I hope OPEN can continue to maintain this spirit of innovation and do better and better."
