A Team-building Record of Steel Structure Partners in Anji

From July 19th to 20th, 2025, the partners from the Jinshan Factory and Nantong Factory of the Intelligent Manufacturing Department, as well as the first and second Purchasing departments of the Steel Structure Operation Center, carried out a two-day team-building activity in Anji, Zhejiang Province.
During the two-day trip, the Anji Stream flowed gently under the scorching sun, and the companions bravely advanced on the rapids by raft. In the rapid current, waves are splashing. Team members support each other and overcome difficulties together. During the gentle sections, laughter and joy never ceased as water guns launched surprise attacks. As night fell, the campfire was lit. The friends sat around barbecuing, dividing tasks and working together. Amid the sizzling sounds of the charcoal fire and the skewers, they shared the interesting things that happened during the day. During the bamboo forest hiking, those with better physical strength took the initiative to carry their backpacks, while colleagues with slower paces encouraged each other. Climbing to the top and looking down at the bamboo forest, the gentle breeze rustles through the bamboo waves, and everyone is awed by the magnificence of nature. Mutual assistance and walking together during the hike brought partners from different positions closer and also deepened their understanding of each other's work. Relax your body and mind in nature, and tacit understanding will quietly form.



Centering on the theme of "Exploring the World of Enclosure, Building the Path of Growth Together", the partners from Jinshan Factory, drawing on their first-hand practical experience, brought practical knowledge sharing to the colleagues present.
● Engineer Li systematically explained the shape characteristics of the enclosure color plate, the standards for sample making and submission, as well as the edge finishing and forming process, helping everyone establish a clear understanding of the material properties and processing procedures.
● Engineer Sun gave an in-depth introduction to the entire procurement process of Baosteel's color-coated steel sheets and the key points of comprehensive cost control, precisely filling the knowledge gap in the procurement link.

This cross-departmental team-building activity not only enriched everyone's professional knowledge but also clarified the key nodes for work transitions.
